Airtel Tribe allows retailers to oversee their own accounts with Airtel and customer service.
Retailer Tribe App enables retailers to provide services to consumers in the following areas: new customer registration, editing existing customer registration, SIM SWAP, MNP, airtime/bundle purchase, AM cash in/out, bill payment, and EVD/AM transfer for other retailers.
The app also allows retailers to manage their own accounts with Airtel, view/edit their profiles, view/update/request/buy stock, view the sales hierarchy, reset their AM/EVD pin and account, request an agent loan, and perform banking services on their accounts. The application enables retailers to access their transaction history, commission paid, and retailer performance on Airtel services. Retailers will have the ability to submit self-service and service inquiries to Airtel. The application facilitates the management of digital notices for retailers, as well as the listing of crucial notes on training and surveys.
In order to facilitate Airtel Africa's operations, the application is accessible in both English and French. The Airtel Tribe app is a user-friendly tool that is essential for retailers to manage business productivity.
