Jeevan Pramaan provides pensioners with biometrically enabled digital services. The facility is available to pensioners of the Central Government, States Governments, and other Government organizations.
Jeevan Praman is a mobile application that provides pensioners with an efficient and convenient way to generate their life certificates through their mobile devices and the RD services. Its primary purpose is to simplify the renewal and submission of life certificates, which are crucial to pensioners receiving their benefits.
Service pensioners and family pensioners can use the App.
Aadhaar-based face, fingerprint, or iris authentication is supported by the app

Only AadhaarFaceRD service is required, no external biometric device is needed.
You can download AadhaarFaceRD from Google Play Store. Search for AadhaarFaceRd in Google Play Store (Please note, Aadhaar Face RD is available only in India).
Fingerprint/Iris device use with app
Either a finger print scanner or an iris scanner must be registered as a biometric device
The respective biometric device's RD Service can be downloaded from the Google Play Store
When JeevanPramaan (Digital Life Certificate) is successfully submitted, a unique Pramaan-Id is generated and a confirmation SMS is sent. The Praman-id may be used for future reference and requirements.
DLCs are automatically accessed by the Pension Disbursing Office for processing, so it is not necessary to submit hard copies.
This facility is available only to pensioners whose Pension Sanctioning Authority has been onboarded on JeevanPramaan. Onboarded Pension Sanctioning Authorities can be found at https://jeevanpramaan.gov.in
