The first official release includes 4 stages, 12 unique enemies, 16 H-scenes, a free battle mode, and a gallery.
A minimum of three more stages will be added in future updates.
Play the test version again, and talk to the NPC at least once if you've been to the first room of each stage before. If you don't, you may not be able to fight the boss in stage 4.
