- Default Private Search - DuckDuckGo's Private Search allows you to search the web anonymously.
- Tracker Escape - Automatically prevents websites from loading hidden trackers (third-party scripts), preventing companies from collecting and using such information (for example, advertising, sales, etc.).
- Automatically Enforce Encryption - Enforces that many sites you visit use encrypted connections (HTTPS), which helps protect your data from Wi-Fi snoopers and network onlookers.
- Built-in email protection - Over 85% of emails sent to Duck Addresses contain trackers that can detect when you opened the message, where you were at the time, and what device you were using. When signing up for things online, Email Protection blocks most email trackers and hides your existing address, all without switching email providers.
- Protect Your Privacy in Other Apps (Beta) - Stop third-party companies from invading your privacy with App Tracking Protection. Data is not collected by this feature, since it uses a VPN connection, but it is processed locally.

Your jurisdiction determines whether it can be used to enforce your legal rights (e.g., current CCPA, GDPR requirements).
Our Third-Party Tracker Loading Protection goes beyond what you get in most popular browsers by default, but we're always working to make it more comprehensive. Currently, if an advertiser wants to detect conversions on their own website for our personalized DuckDuckGo search ads, our Third Party Tracker Load Protection will not stop bat.bing.com requests from loading on the advertiser's website after a DuckDuckGo ad click, but it will stop them in all other circumstances. It's because DuckDuckGo has a partnership with Microsoft for its private search ads. Due to that partnership, DuckDuckGo users can view ads anonymously, and Microsoft has committed to not profiling their ad clicks.
