Why does my video result have a low quality?
At the backend, we have two versions of algorithms. A high-quality face swap is one type, while a high-speed face swap is another. Free video users may be redirected to high-speed face swap when there is a long queue. Priority is given to our paid users.
Will the credit be refunded if my task fails?
The credit on your account is temporarily reduced when you submit a job. A successful job will result in a permanent reduction, while a failed job will result in a return of the amount within a few hours.
Why is my task in the queue for hours?
In order to provide premium-quality video results, we need to perform many computations. There is a high demand for our service, and it is frequently overcrowded. In case your task is in the queue for over 24 hours, please submit a new task and we will automatically refund your credit.
Can my video be detected without a face?
In the first frame of the video, we apply our face detection algorithm. If there is no face in the first frame, we recommend attaching one at the beginning. Ideally, the first frame should show a frontal face.
Are there any limitations to the video input?
Providing premium face swap services, we strive to limit limitations as little as possible. Videos of any resolution are accepted, video frames per second (fps) are maximum (to prevent system abuse), and videos are limited to three minutes (for subscribers). We can provide solutions without these limitations if you need them.
What is the plan subscription process?
Subscription rules are standard in the United States. A credit plan will be billed every 31 days and corresponding credit added to the account. In the event that a user uses more credit than their current plan, the service will either shut down or upgrade automatically. Credits for trial are written on the plan as trial credit, which is different from official plan credit. If trial users do not cancel within three days, their plans will be automatically upgraded.
When a credit, subscription, or watermark is applied, how does it work?
Your corresponding credit will not expire as long as you maintain an active subscription, and it will be automatically cleared when it expires. We recommend that you switch to a lower credit plan if you want to keep your credit if you cancel your subscription. Watermarks and credits have nothing to do with each other. Trials, subscriptions, and giveaways provide you with credits for creating images and videos. Images and videos with watermarks can be removed only if you have an active subscription.
Can I get a credit card with more than one month's worth of credit?
Click on the subscription button to purchase additional credit for the same or different plan. We will automatically cancel your old subscription and keep only your most recent one. The expiration date of your subscription will also be updated automatically.
How do we deduct from our face swap?
We deduct pictures according to their number. In the case of videos, we deduct according to the video's duration. The deduction can be divided by 10 seconds as a minimum unit (or step size). A deduction amount of 10 seconds applies to videos under 10 seconds, and a deduction amount of 20 seconds applies to videos between 10 seconds and 20 seconds.
