A TARGET DEVICE MUST BE INSTALLED WITH THE APP
You can use Waloc for many purposes, including:
- Family locator - each member of a family can download the app, and define a message, and Waloc will reply automatically through WhatsApp with their current location
- Find your own device if it gets lost from any WhatsApp-enabled device (laptop, iPhone, etc.)
- Identify a specific message and Waloc will reply with the recent location through WhatsApp whenever that message is sent if your car has an Android system

Why am I not receiving any location through WhatsApp after I did all the steps?
The following is a list of things you should check:
- Make sure you send the exact same message to that device since the trigger is case-sensitive
- Make sure the device is receiving WhatsApp notifications when it receives a message from WhatsApp.
- Ensure that all app permissions, such as storage and location, are enabled. The app permission settings can be found on your Android settings screen.
The location is not available, and a message is appearing on my screen. What should I do?
Make sure you enable background location from Android settings so the app can actually get location updates when running in the background
Would it be possible to improve the location I'm getting back?
Since the app relies on the last known location of the device, it should send the most recent accurate location. If the location isn't accurate, turn on the location.
