There is a useful and free program called Icon Changer that lets you change icons. We change and customize the picture and name of any app by using the shortcut feature that comes with Android. A lot of icons and styles are already built in, but you can also choose them from the gallery or camera. Our app will add a new icon to the home screen and link to it. This is the simplest way to make your Android phone look nice.
How to use:
- Start up Icon Changer.
- Pick an app to change the icon for.
- You can pick a new picture from the gallery, the built-in icon pack, other apps' icons, or personalized icon packs from third parties.
- Change the application's name (it can be empty).
- To see the new shortcut images, go to the home screen or desktop.
About the watermark:
Some systems have already added a watermark to the shortcut picture. We show you a way to change the app icon properly without actually using widget technology. This method does not fix all cell phone issues, though. Here's how to fix it if the icon you make has a watermark:
- Find a blank spot on your phone's home screen and press and hold it. Then, find the "Widget" menu at the bottom and click it.
- Touch and hold this app on the icon page, then drag it to your launcher. There it is.
- Now make your icon.
